Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic skeletal joint morphogenesis, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, and Response to bleomycin. Each is linked with HOXC10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC10-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Embryonic skeletal joint morphogenesis grouped by HOXC10-low versus HOXC10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
