HOXC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, CRYGD, and PRLHR. Each is linked with HOXC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC10-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by HOXC10-low versus HOXC10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
