HOXB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 827 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P54, IPPKP1, and RNU6-23P. Each is linked with HOXB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB7-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P54 grouped by HOXB7-low versus HOXB7-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
