HOXB-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXB-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,358 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, COL1A2, and LARP4B_S664. Each is linked with HOXB-AS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXB-AS2 versus DPYSL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
