HOXA9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, ZFAND1, and ARMC1. Each is linked with HOXA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA9-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA9 versus FAM83D in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
