HOTAIRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOTAIRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,430 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOTAIRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA-AS2, HOXA1, and HOXA2. Each is linked with HOTAIRM1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOTAIRM1-to-partner and partner-to-HOTAIRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOTAIRM1 versus HOXA-AS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOTAIRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOTAIRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
