Across TCGA patient cohorts, HORMAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HORMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, MIR6798, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with HORMAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD1 results are reported.
