HOMEZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMEZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMEZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, ZNF219_S114, and METTL3. Each is linked with HOMEZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMEZ-to-partner and partner-to-HOMEZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMEZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMEZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
