HOMER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, FDX1P2, and RNA5SP212. Each is linked with HOMER3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER3-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by HOMER3-low versus HOMER3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
