HNRNPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,498 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, RBBP4, and RBM12. Each is linked with HNRNPR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPR-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPR versus WRNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
