HNRNPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR2, and C17orf113. Each is linked with HNRNPR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPR-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPR versus FCGR3B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
