Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETF1P3, MIR4797, and SNORD114-18. Each is linked with HNRNPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPR-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPR results are reported.
