Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, and Kinetochore assembly. Each is linked with HNRNPR in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPR-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spindle elongation grouped by HNRNPR-low versus HNRNPR-high in PANCREAS.
