HNRNPD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5708, TBC1D3G, and BNIP3P41. Each is linked with HNRNPD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPD-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5708 grouped by HNRNPD-low versus HNRNPD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
