Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPA2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, TFRC, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with HNRNPA2B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA2B1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by HNRNPA2B1-low versus HNRNPA2B1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
