Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMOX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,806 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHC1, C16orf91, and MRPS34. Each is linked with HMOX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMOX2-to-partner and partner-to-HMOX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMOX2 versus PHC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
