HMGN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B-AS1, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and BCRP6. Each is linked with HMGN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN3-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B-AS1 grouped by HMGN3-low versus HMGN3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
