Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,110 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN2P28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Obsolete histone modification, and Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with HMGN2P28 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P28-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P28 results are reported.
