The most reproducible HMGN1P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2, DBR1, and PAK2. Each is linked with HMGN1P8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P8-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P8 results are reported.
