Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,098 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagosome assembly, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with HMGN1P7 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P7-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P7 results are reported.
