Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN1P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN1P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher HMGN1P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN1P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LIHC show a favorable association.
CHOL, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where HMGN1P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
