HMGN1P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,478 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Electron transport chain, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with HMGN1P14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P14-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator grouped by HMGN1P14-low versus HMGN1P14-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGN1P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGN1P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
