Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN1P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN1P14 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher HMGN1P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN1P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
UCS, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where HMGN1P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
