HMGB3P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB3P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,410 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB3P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEAK1, EFEMP2, and SRP54. Each is linked with HMGB3P9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P9-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P9 versus PEAK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGB3P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGB3P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
