The most reproducible HMGB3P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILF3, ZNF148, and GAPT_S74. Each is linked with HMGB3P14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB3P14-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB3P14 results are reported.
