Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB1P44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,524 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB1P44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, RNA modification, and Recombinational repair. Each is linked with HMGB1P44 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB1P44-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB1P44 results are reported.
