Q-omics provides the consensus-scored HMGB1P44 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. HMGB1P44 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, HMGB1P44 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, HMGB1P44 RNA expression shows 8,185 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight PAAD, BRCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where HMGB1P44 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
