HLTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,173 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPS3, ARMC8, and MATR3. Each is linked with HLTF in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLTF-to-partner and partner-to-HLTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLTF versus HPS3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
