HLA-K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-K-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-67P, RN7SL375P, and RNA5SP124. Each is linked with HLA-K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-K-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-67P grouped by HLA-K-low versus HLA-K-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-K→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
