HLA-G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,109 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Positive regulation of T cell tolerance induction, and Positive regulation of tolerance induction. Each is linked with HLA-G in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-G-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-G→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
