HLA-G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXADRP1, UBFD1P1, and COX6CP8. Each is linked with HLA-G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-G-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-G→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
