HLA-G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,832 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with HLA-G in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-G-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-G→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
