Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-F-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-F-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, RNA5SP131, and H3C15. Each is linked with HLA-F-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-F-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-F-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
