HLA-DQB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DQB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DQB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HLA-DPA1, PARVG, and AIF1. Each is linked with HLA-DQB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQB2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DQB2 versus HLA-DPA1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DQB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DQB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
