Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DQB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 779 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DQB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Positive regulation of CD4-positive, CD25-positive, alpha-beta regulatory T cell differentiation, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with HLA-DQB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQB2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQB2 results are reported.
