HLA-DQB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DQB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DQB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIC, LCE1B, and LCE1C. Each is linked with HLA-DQB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQB2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPIC grouped by HLA-DQB2-low versus HLA-DQB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DQB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DQB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
