HLA-DQA2

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DQA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 720 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DQA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Positive regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, and Regulation of CD4-positive, CD25-positive, alpha-beta regulatory T cell differentiation. Each is linked with HLA-DQA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQA2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQA2 results are reported.
