Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DQA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DQA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L2, C11orf97, and IFNL4. Each is linked with HLA-DQA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DQA2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DQA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L2 grouped by HLA-DQA2-low versus HLA-DQA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DQA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DQA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
