Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DPA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,259 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DPA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, WAS, and APOL3. Each is linked with HLA-DPA3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA3-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DPA3 versus LCP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
