HLA-DPA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DPA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC39CP1, RNU7-110P, and IGKV3D-31. Each is linked with HLA-DPA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA3-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC39CP1 grouped by HLA-DPA3-low versus HLA-DPA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
