HLA-DPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,117 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation, and CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with HLA-DPA2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA2-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous antigen grouped by HLA-DPA2-low versus HLA-DPA2-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
