Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A3, BIN2, and PYHIN1. Each is linked with HLA-DPA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DPA1 versus SLC15A3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
