HLA-DPA1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, MHC protein complex assembly, and MHC class II protein complex assembly. Each is linked with HLA-DPA1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DPA1-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DPA1 results are reported.
