Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD48, CORO1A, and GBP4. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DOB versus CD48 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
