HLA-DOB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, CD5, and ITK. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HLA-DOB versus RASAL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
