HLA-DOB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO1B3, PEDS1-UBE2V1, and RNF14. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1B3 grouped by HLA-DOB-low versus HLA-DOB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
