Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by HLA-DOB-low versus HLA-DOB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
