Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,468 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and MHC class II protein complex assembly. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation grouped by HLA-DOB-low versus HLA-DOB-high in OESOPHAGUS.
