HLA-DOB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DOB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 208 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP8, LEFTY1, and TTC4. Each is linked with HLA-DOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP8 grouped by HLA-DOB-low versus HLA-DOB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
