HLA-DMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P1, RNU5E-9P, and RNU6-543P. Each is linked with HLA-DMB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DMB-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS28P1 grouped by HLA-DMB-low versus HLA-DMB-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
